Whenever I've needed to engage Genesis Audio for services at my home (or business), they've always come through with stellar results. We had a networking issue at our home yesterday, and they dispatched their professional team right away to get it fixed. I've been using them for over 25 years now for a reason...they're the best at what they do in the central Ohio area!

Brock was instrumental in helping a client in a pinch! He accommodated a very unique request in a short timeframe and got us on the schedule ASAP. Always professional and incredibly helpful!
Chris was the tech on site. What a professional. He was patient with the client, who asked many questions. He explained everything in detail. He gave the client numerous options for upgrading their equipment and what would work best for their needs. Very detailed and knowledgeable.
